Significant investment (1679 KWp) in Solar PV renewable energy across two sites to reduce our carbon footprint, with more investment planned.

Focussed on our journey for a greener planet with new machinery to reduce waste and conserve energy, increased automation and robotics have been prioritised throughout our factories.
An Invest NI Energy Carbon Assessment and ESOS Energy Audit were carried out in 2024, both of which identified several opportunities to improve energy efficiency and carbon reduction across the business. We are committed to further investment to implement these improvements over the next few years.
We are piloting Smart Meter technology at one site to monitor real time energy consumption. The granular detail of the data on our Smart Meter dashboard enables us to pinpoint the most energy intensive equipment, align energy consumption with specific business processes, analyse trends, validate downtime periods, and identify areas for further investigation. Over time, this will create some new behavioural changes leading to improved operational efficiencies, reduced consumption and ultimately cost-savings.

Driving change with responsible business practice with the completed transition to hybrid electric fleet vehicles. Electric FLT’s are phased in across our factories, as required.

We have a national reach but a local heart, committed to our communities and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion
