Over the years the accomplishments made by BA have been recognised and we have been awarded many national and local business awards, for design, service, supply and product quality.
By utilising leading edge technology and developing innovative processes, practises and procedures in all aspects of our business, we are recognized as a market leader in the KBB sector in the UK.
Quality
All of our production and storage areas are heated using eco friendly systems fuelled using the company’s wood waste and this combined with good humidity control ensures consistency in the quality of our raw materials brought into production. This is key to efficiency in production and therefore the quality of the end products and we regularly test and monitor the quality and reliability of both current and new products and materials.
Our dedicated Quality Control Department monitor closely the production procedures and carry out regular checks to evaluate quality at all points of the production process. Using our own ovens and test equipment we can test internally to FIRA Standards, ensuring the best quality products at all times. Annual factory audits are carried out to ensure product standards are maintained as part of our FIRA Gold Product Certification
Process
From our purpose built facilities the use of the very latest in manufacturing machinery and technologies allows us to produce consistently high quality products.
Manufacturing processes designed and developed over many years based on experience within the market and on our own concept designs are the bedrock of our production expertise.
