Doncaster Packaging

Quality

All of our production and storage areas are heated using eco friendly systems fuelled using the company’s wood waste and this combined with good humidity control ensures consistency in the quality of our raw materials brought into production. This is key to efficiency in production and therefore the quality of the end products and we regularly test and monitor the quality and reliability of both current and new products and materials.

Our dedicated Quality Control Department monitor closely the production procedures and carry out regular checks to evaluate quality at all points of the production process. Using our own ovens and test equipment we can test internally to FIRA Standards, ensuring the best quality products at all times. Annual factory audits are carried out to ensure product standards are maintained as part of our FIRA Gold Product Certification
